Our Story
We are sisters on a mission. Our lives have been enriched and blessed by our grandparents. As their health began to decline, we found that we needed to implement an immediate plan for CARE. We set out to find a caregiver who would SUPPORT their needs at HOME and it proved to be a difficult task. How could we let a stranger into our family’s home to assume CARE for our beloved ones in the SUPPORTive way that we would?
Our experience educating children sparked a desire to help the aging community whom we realized so desperately needed special attention. It is now our passion to make this experience pleasant, organized, and safe for your family. We aim to ANCHOR your needs and keep your family afloat.

Meet Our Leadership Team
With a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, Lara Davini has always been on a path to serve others. She brings high energy, creativity, thoughtful insight, and a keen desire to grow professionally. Her work ethic is extremely strong and she manages each responsibility thoroughly. Her willingness to incorporate suggestions and new methods into her “tool kit” provides the unique qualities necessary for the success of ANCHOR HomeSupport.
With a Master’s Degree in Education from CSULB, Erin Trachy always wanted to make a difference in this world by helping others in need. Her passion for nurturing continued to grow from the inspiration, compassion and goodwill that her four influential grandparents had on her formative years. They instilled a work ethic in Erin, as well as her sister Lara Davini, which translated into the fortitude to develop the foundation of ANCHOR HomeSupport.
